- Collaborate on the preparation and execution of Rate Development Template (RDT) reports.
- Create standard and customized healthcare utilization reports to empower leadership and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of financial healthcare data to uncover trends and insights.
- Leverage SQL Server databases to produce reports, analyze data, and interpret outcomes effectively.
- Act as a bridge between finance, IT, and healthcare informatics teams, articulating business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform quality assurance and peer evaluations on financial data analysis reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Robust experience in SQL and Microsoft Access (or comparable database tools) for effective data manipulation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to document database queries, macros, and reports in line with organizational protocols.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to engage in cross-training within the department and provide necessary support when required.
