Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Activation (50%)
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into strategic marketing initiatives.
- Design and automate integrated marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, employing Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Connect.
- Craft dynamic campaigns utilizing AMPscript and uphold modular campaign templates.
- Execute cross-channel marketing initiatives (email, push, and SMS) through Journey Builder.
- Employ Marketing Cloud tools to segment audience data and ensure data quality for accuracy across devices.
- Diagnose and rectify campaign development challenges, including template rendering, link verification, accessibility, and subscriber lookup.
- Data Strategy Coordination (25%)
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance activation processes and minimize manual tasks in campaign deployment.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer data environments and tools to amplify campaign activation.
- Partner closely with Salesforce to implement data solutions that refine subscriber data management and boost campaign efficacy across email, push, and SMS.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise (25%)
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, offering guidance to marketing and data teams.
- Curate and maintain training materials and resources to empower teams in their proficiency with Salesforce tools.
- Facilitate training sessions and exercises to ensure team members can adeptly utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud in sandbox environments.
- 4 years of practical experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred or similar).
- 2 years of experience in HTML.
- Proficient in integrating data across multiple platforms to optimize data flow.
- Preferred certifications from Salesforce: MC Email Specialist, MC Developer, MC Consultant, and B2C Solution Architect.
