Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: \(82,000 - \)104,900 per year
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Remote position within a 4-hour drive from Ann Arbor, MI (local candidates preferred)

As the Senior Amazon Brand Manager, you will lead the Brand Partnerships department, focusing on the following key responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of brands to drive conversion rates, sales velocity, and overall growth on Amazon.
- Testing and assessing listing performance enhancements and training the team on best practices.
- Serving as the primary liaison for key brand partners, ensuring proactive communication and comprehensive reporting.
- Leading process improvements within the department to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Analyzing media and content strategies to uncover opportunities and identify competitive threats.
- Effectively managing marketing budgets to meet brand objectives.
- Collaborating with the sales team to evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Conducting weekly team meetings and promoting a collaborative working environment.
- Staying informed about the latest trends in Amazon and eCommerce marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-7 years of experience in leading .com or marketplace commercial strategies (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)
- 2 years of experience utilizing Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console
- Proven track record in account management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation
- Advanced understanding of eCommerce optimization and performance metrics
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is advantageous
- Experience with tools such as Keepa, ScaleInsights, DataDive, Revseller, ClickUp, and similar is a bonus
