• Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, facilitating a streamlined and efficient team performance.

Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, ideally within long-term care settings.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
