- Prepare essential financial documents, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle monthly and quarterly sales tax reporting and preparations.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for daily accounting tasks, with training provided for Xero users.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
- Familiarity with Xero is advantageous, with training offered as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, particularly in inventory-tracking settings.
