Key Responsibilities
- Collect and articulate business and technical requirements from both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to manage project task backlogs and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Establish and uphold a structured Scrum team framework for efficient project delivery.
- Conduct gap analyses with business leaders to formulate a strategic roadmap for ongoing modernization initiatives.
- Lead team meetings to monitor project milestones, ensuring adherence to schedules and scope.
- Oversee project outcomes, guaranteeing they meet established quality benchmarks and deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Exceptional communication abilities to clearly communicate project plans, expectations, and updates.
- Proven track record of guiding projects from inception through to completion, providing necessary support and direction.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting comprehensive business and technical requirements.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
- A Master's degree may substitute for three years of experience; a Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years; and an Associate's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
- Experience in at least two (2) distinct projects lasting more than six (6) months in a Business Analyst role.
- Engagement in at least two (2) projects lasting over six (6) months in a Project Manager capacity.
