Role: Finance Business/System Analyst
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid in office 2x a week)
Job Description:
This person will be supporting the Financial/Project Administrative side for Construction operations and working closely with Construction PMs and Project Accountants.
Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze complex financial data and transform it into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and data analysis tools like SQL and Excel - Past experience with PROCORE or TEXTURA is a huge benefit
Problem-Solving - Identifying and resolving issues within financial systems
Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in financial data and reports
Communication Skills - Effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership and Mentorship - Ability to support projects and mentor junior analysts
Strategic Thinking - Understand and apply knowledge of impacts to broader systems/processes
Project Management - Managing limited support to multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of tasks
