This person will be supporting the Financial/Project Administrative side for Construction operations and working closely with Construction PMs and Project Accountants.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze complex financial data and transform it into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and data analysis tools like SQL and Excel – Past experience with PROCORE or TEXTURA is a huge benefit
- Problem-Solving - Identifying and resolving issues within financial systems
- Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in financial data and reports
- Communication Skills - Effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
