Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to devise and execute robust go-to-market strategies that leverage cutting-edge products and solutions.
  • Perform thorough market research to uncover emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, utilizing these findings to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze market segments and client profiles to pinpoint new business prospects and create focused outreach strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales pipeline, providing revenue forecasts and identifying potential areas for optimization.
  • Create and maintain forecasting models to predict sales performance and market trends, facilitating proactive decision-making.
  • Assess pricing strategies to ensure competitive advantage and work alongside sales and marketing teams to fine-tune pricing structures.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and present compelling business cases for prospective client opportunities.
  • Map out key stakeholders and influencers within target organizations, developing strategies to nurture relationships and drive business development.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for market initiatives and sales success, regularly updating leadership on performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, particularly with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, sales pipeline analysis, and analytical forecasting.
  • Proficiency in pricing analysis and crafting sound business cases.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder mapping and navigating large organizations to identify decision-makers.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools for modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage data and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role, particularly supporting sales and business development within advanced technology, industrial, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Proven track record in market research, pipeline analysis, and analytical modeling.
