We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Commercial Growth Analyst to become an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to our sales and business development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will assist in crafting and executing strategies that identify market opportunities, generate precise forecasts, and provide our sales teams with insightful, data-driven analysis. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing sales and pricing tools, scrutinizing market trends, and developing influential account plans designed to drive growth with our B2B clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement robust go-to-market strategies, utilizing innovative products and solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics, applying these insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyze market segments and client profiles to identify new business opportunities and formulate targeted outreach strategies.
  • Oversee sales pipeline activities, track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and identify potential areas for enhancement.
  • Create and maintain analytical forecasting models that predict sales performance and market dynamics, facilitating proactive resource management.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies to ensure competitive advantage and work closely with sales and marketing teams to fine-tune pricing structures.
  • Partner with sales teams to devise and present persuasive business cases for customer engagements.
  • Map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations, developing approaches to foster engagement and business growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for market initiatives and sales outcomes, regularly updating leadership on progress and results.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in market research, pipeline analysis, and analytical forecasting.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder mapping and identifying key decision influencers within sizable organizations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools to perform data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other data management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role, focusing on supporting sales and business development in advanced technology, industrial, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing analysis and business case development.
