We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, engagement, and business growth within a flexible remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with approximately 300 school districts, primarily within the mountain timezone.
- Ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions through proactive engagement and consultative selling strategies.
- Develop tailored strategies based on comprehensive assessments of customer needs and product usage.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve and surpass annual revenue objectives.
- Foster a client advocacy culture through exemplary service, encouraging testimonials and referrals.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer objectives with our organizational goals.
- Proven experience in EdTech as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or related role. Experience in K-12 teaching or administration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital customer success tools, including CRM and Customer Success Platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to earn trust and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Results-oriented with a positive, growth-focused attitude.
- Ability to identify challenges, devise solutions, and negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Familiarity with K-12 EdTech products and current industry trends.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in recognizing upsell and cross-sell possibilities.
- Adaptability in maintaining high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role, particularly within the EdTech landscape.
- Experience in managing relationships across multiple clients or stakeholders.
