Key Responsibilities
- Administer and sustain Hyperion applications to optimize performance.
- Design, test, and implement enhancements, including innovative reports, business rules, and forms.
- Oversee system performance, promptly address issues, and ensure operational continuity.
- Manage metadata, update hierarchies, and uphold data integrity across financial platforms.
- Control user access, roles, and permissions within Hyperion applications.
- Offer comprehensive end-user support and training for system-related queries.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in forecasting and variance analysis using Hyperion tools.
- Proactively identify and implement process enhancements focused on automation and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial systems administration and analysis, particularly with Hyperion tools.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial planning methodologies.
- Proficient in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SmartView.
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with additional financial systems (e.g., Oracle, UANET) is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and system data clearly.
- Capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accountability for task completion.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial systems administration and analysis.
- Experience in a government contractor setting is a plus.
