Remote Financial Analyst & Hyperion Administrator | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Hyperion Administrator & Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in financial systems management who is also enthusiastic about delivering impactful financial analysis to aid in strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing financial workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the execution of critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain Hyperion applications to optimize performance.
• Design, test, and implement enhancements, including innovative reports, business rules, and forms.
• Oversee system performance, promptly address issues, and ensure operational continuity.
• Manage metadata, update hierarchies, and uphold data integrity across financial platforms.
• Control user access, roles, and permissions within Hyperion applications.
• Offer comprehensive end-user support and training for system-related queries.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in forecasting and variance analysis using Hyperion tools.
• Proactively identify and implement process enhancements focused on automation and operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial systems administration and analysis, particularly with Hyperion tools.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial planning methodologies.
• Proficient in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SmartView.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with additional financial systems (e.g., Oracle, UANET) is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and system data clearly.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accountability for task completion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial systems administration and analysis.
