Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Engage with 50-100 prospective clients daily to uncover opportunities and finalize loan agreements.
- Lender Matching: Utilize your lender network to identify optimal loan solutions, including rates and terms tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
- Negotiation: Support clients in negotiating advantageous loan terms and conditions with lenders.
- Guidance: Offer expert advice and assistance throughout the loan application journey, ensuring clients comprehend their options thoroughly.
- Documentation Collection: Gather essential documentation from clients, such as income verification, credit history, and collateral details.
- Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance client trust, attract new business, and generate leads.
- Proven sales expertise is essential, with a strong preference for candidates possessing prior experience as loan brokers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that convey professionalism and clarity.
- A proactive mindset towards achieving sales objectives, including a commitment to making high-volume outbound calls each day.
- Familiarity with commercial loan procedures and a well-connected lender network is advantageous.
- Ability to operate independently, with consistent access to reliable computer and internet resources.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan origination (preferred).
- At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
