Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations for clients, providing tailored individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient context.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external healthcare providers to review treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Facilitate care coordination with psychiatric consultants, making referrals for medication management when appropriate.
- Actively participate in clinical team meetings, contributing to case discussions and the overall treatment planning process.
- Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care while meeting established productivity benchmarks.
- Create an encouraging therapeutic environment, enabling clients to articulate their feelings and reflect on their relationships and behaviors.

- An active CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the Department of Public Health (DPH).
- Experience and proficiency in conducting behavioral health evaluations and providing individual, group, and family therapy.

- Adept in documentation practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
