Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Product Strategy & Lifecycle: Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from concept to launch—by integrating innovative features and phasing out obsolete ones, ensuring consistency with organizational objectives and market requirements.
- Establish & Sustain Product Roadmap: Formulate a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and addresses customer requirements, fostering agreement from stakeholders and maintaining team alignment.
- Manage Backlogs & User Stories: Keep a well-organized and prioritized backlog with actionable user stories, ensuring that sprint objectives are in line with the company’s goals.
- Develop Clear Product Requirements: Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that guide the engineering and design teams.
- Evaluate & Enhance Performance: Track success metrics, assess product performance, and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate on Product Marketing: Partner with marketing departments to establish go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that stimulate adoption and revenue growth.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Confirm that products comply with industry regulations and standards such as PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to discover opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Extensive experience: 7 years in Product Management, with a solid record of launching and scaling successful payment solutions.
- Strong knowledge base: Proficiency in payment technologies, gateways, fraud prevention, transaction workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical & Business Insight: Capability to communicate complex technical ideas in a business-friendly manner and vice versa.
- Excellent Communication & Leadership: Demonstrated experience collaborating across departments, presenting ideas clearly, and aligning stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfort in making decisions informed by data analysis.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands while focusing on user needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is advantageous.
