Senior Product Manager - Remote Position

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of intricate payment challenges into efficient API and SaaS solutions that significantly benefit merchants and partners. In this position, you will collaborate extensively with developers, business stakeholders, and other key players to guarantee that each product decision enhances user experiences and fosters innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Product Lifecycle to ensure effective transitions from development to launch and continual enhancements.
• Craft and uphold a Product Roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives and keeps all stakeholders informed.
• Maintain an organized backlog with actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and alignment with sprint goals.
• Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to clarify objectives for engineering and design teams.
• Define and evaluate key success metrics, offering insights and performance updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design of scalable, user-centric APIs.
• Partner with marketing to establish product positioning and strategies that promote adoption.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Drive product innovation through competitive analysis and strategic insights.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven capability as a Product Owner, including developing PRDs and managing product backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
• Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, JSON, and SOAP.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with compliant environments such as PCI and CCPA is advantageous.
• Experience in the payments sector is beneficial but not necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of system architecture and the ability to assess technical trade-offs.
• Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation And Benefits

• The base salary range for this role is \(150,000 - \)180,000 annually, alongside benefits detailed in our Total Rewards Plan. Actual offers will be based on experience, education, and qualifications.
