As a vital member of our Salesforce Practice, you will engage in impactful projects alongside talented professionals in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Solution Architect to devise and implement comprehensive project work plans, adapting as necessary to evolving requirements.
• Facilitate or assist in discovery workshops aimed at documenting business processes, functional needs, and aspirational goals.
• Create and document process flow diagrams, user stories, and detailed implementation strategies encompassing configuration, development, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Design testing scripts and aid in end-user acceptance testing.
• Manage daily project operations, overseeing scope, client relationships, and delivering timely project updates.
• Cultivate and lead high-performing teams composed of Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers, and client stakeholders, guiding them through every phase of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ensure effective management of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Identify project risks and implement necessary adjustments to the project strategy.
• Evaluate scope change requests and document alterations in requirements.
• Employ Agile methodologies to uphold project standards and ensure successful delivery.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction, project profitability, and resource workload.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, along with managing enterprise-level projects.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience overseeing Salesforce CPQ projects that entail data migrations and integrations with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce org consolidation/migration projects is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in Agile SDLC project management, with a successful history of leading projects to fruition.
• Strong capability to bridge communication between business and technical teams to cultivate effective solutions.
• Proficient in gap analysis, requirements traceability matrices, and client-facing communication.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar applications is beneficial.
• Experience in the High Tech or Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Active Salesforce certifications or the capacity to obtain them within the initial months of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or information systems.
