Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the integrity of asset data across software, hardware, and capital assets using ServiceNow.
- Identify critical data sources and establish systematic processes to detect exceptions, ensure compliance, and reveal trends.
- Employ data visualization techniques to effectively present trends, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and process owners to share findings and develop effective remediation strategies.
- Design and generate comprehensive reports, including compliance assessments, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trend analyses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in data management and operational processes.
- Enhance IT asset management practices, including the automation of inventory and asset tracking workflows.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the IT asset management (ITAM) program by identifying gaps and influencing governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and mathematical principles.
- Proven experience with large datasets utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB; experience with Splunk and Power BI is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of the System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies.
- Knowledge of finance and procurement processes, including accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, and fixed assets.
- A commitment to continuous process enhancement.
