Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete ownership of the supply chain for all silicon products.
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive 5-year supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to accurately forecast demand in both the short and long term.
- Align wafer supply strategies with organizational supply and financial objectives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with contract manufacturers to facilitate the conversion of wafers into finished products.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer service excellence, and social responsibility objectives while meeting financial and operational targets.
- Lead sourcing strategies while managing contracts, negotiations, and relationships with global suppliers and logistics partners.
- Oversee manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency.
- Manage capital and operational budgets essential for supply chain success.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to support our ambitious growth trajectory.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in supply chain management, including 5-7 years in leadership positions within global corporations.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards or experience in regulated industries.
- Proven ability in supplier management, cost reduction initiatives, on-time delivery, and sustainability efforts.
- Expertise in negotiating significant, multi-year contracts with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on scaling teams and processes to satisfy increasing demand.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with 5-7 years in senior managerial roles within large organizations.
- Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and operational leadership.
