Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to optimize user acquisition pathways, enhance activation rates, and drive revenue growth.
- User Onboarding: Design and enhance the onboarding experience to ensure users are equipped for sustained success with our product.
- Revenue Growth: Spearhead monetization strategies, from targeted experiments to pricing adjustments, aimed at driving incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Experimentation: Oversee the growth experimentation process, utilizing A/B testing and iterative methods to pinpoint and promote high-impact opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Growth Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Design, to ensure alignment on objectives and deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights: Employ data analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and contribute to scalable growth strategies.
- Customer Empathy: Conduct research to gain insights into the needs and challenges of retail property owners, translating findings into actionable product decisions.
- 4 years of experience in growth product management or a comparable role in consumer software or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in driving user acquisition and retention through strategic experimentation and optimization.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and frameworks for growth experimentation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adopt a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Experience in the real estate or financial technology industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models and user lifecycle strategies is advantageous.
- Experience in user onboarding, referral systems, and pricing experimentation is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: \(125,000 - \)155,000 (commensurate with experience and location).
- Transparent compensation structure reflecting multiple U.S. geographic markets. Final pay to be determined based on factors including location and relevant skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is a requirement for employment. We are currently unable to sponsor H1-B visas.
