Key Responsibilities
- Act as a principal IT resource for clinical applications, ensuring proficient implementation, support, and optimization.
- Deliver end-user training on clinical systems, software, and industry best practices to drive adoption and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical applications in conjunction with the IT support team.
- Engage in the testing and deployment of new software modules, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain and update clinical application dictionaries, tables, and settings to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

- Experience as a ‘super user’ or clinical application specialist is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with IT principles, software applications, hardware troubleshooting, and security best practices.
