Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with healthcare entities, including hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, and research facilities.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend optimal solutions in medical and surgical supplies.
  • Drive sales initiatives by generating quotes, processing sales orders, and managing your sales pipeline to meet and exceed established targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership to execute successful sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and remain informed about industry trends.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B inside sales within the healthcare industry, particularly in selling to medical facilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare supply chain and medical/surgical supplies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant inside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Proven track record of success in selling medical products to healthcare organizations.
