Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, and more, customized for individual and group therapy settings.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaboratively review treatment plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services and clinical records.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to guarantee the highest standard of patient care.
- Participate in regular case planning and engage in individual and group supervision sessions.
- Provide case management support to facilitate patient recovery and reintegration into the community.
- Engage in continuous professional development to advance clinical skills and competencies.
- Active, unrestricted license in your primary state of residence and willingness to obtain a California license.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Comfort and capability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities and excellent assessment and documentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, necessary for virtual interactions and meetings.
- Ability to implement crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Bilingual Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) certification is required.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience providing telemedicine counseling services is preferred, along with a solid foundation in mental health and substance use treatment.
