Key Responsibilities
- Provide Compassionate Care: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address patients' clinical needs, including modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy. Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on patient engagement and recovery.
- Collaborate and Support: Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to review patient progress and develop effective care plans. Play a key role in case planning and ongoing support for patients.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate assistance and crisis management when necessary, following each patient's tailored safety protocol.
- Document and Assess: Conduct patient assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain precise clinical records, ensuring adherence to best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous education and supervision to enhance clinical expertise and stay abreast of industry advancements.
- Promote Recovery: Deliver case management services to aid patients in their reintegration into the community, supporting their journey towards recovery.
- Active and unrestricted mental health license in both your primary state of residence and California.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, demonstrating strong communication capabilities in both languages.
- Proficient in remote work, equipped with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
- A patient-centered approach, dedicated to treating individuals with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in your home state and be willing to obtain a California license.
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services, particularly in crisis intervention and patient case management.
