Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapeutic services to individuals aged 6 and above, addressing a diverse array of mental health and substance use challenges.
- Employ evidence-based treatment methods including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and systematically document patient progress in alignment with clinical standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to remain informed of best practices and uphold licensure standards.
- Offer case management support as necessary to promote recovery and reintegration into the community.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in California (LCSW, LPCC).
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote work environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
- A strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
- Ability to work autonomously while benefiting from a collaborative team dynamic.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience providing therapy to individuals across diverse age groups.
