As part of our expanding telehealth team, you will:
- Provide therapeutic services to clients across California in a remote setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Engage in weekly group consultations and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
- Manage client relationships and track therapy progress.
- Maintain a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- An active California professional license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
- Experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents.
- Proficiency in managing multiple technological platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic.
- Competency in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
- Must reside in California.
- Hold a valid NPI number.
- Meet credentialing requirements for major insurance panels, which include 3000 supervised hours post-Master’s and successful completion of the NCMHCE or equivalent.
- Provide three professional references from the past two years, with references holding active licensure.
