Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to diverse clients.
- Conduct therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy through telehealth platforms.
- Perform intakes, mental health assessments, and counseling as well as provide appropriate referrals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in telehealth services or a willingness to adapt to a fully remote work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and maintaining detailed records.
- Must hold a valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist.
- A relevant degree in mental health therapy or counseling is preferred.
