- Conduct daily evaluations of patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature, in accordance with established protocols.
- Methodically document and report vital signs through an electronic health record (EHR) system or other specified tools, ensuring prompt communication for remote monitoring and care coordination.
- Establish and maintain a compassionate and professional relationship with patients, ensuring their comfort and cooperation during assessments within the remote framework.
