Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, and compile progress reports.
- Develop and monitor tailored treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Extend support and guidance to families and caregivers.
- Execute functional assessments and analyses as required.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, provide recommendations, and monitor data to ensure progress.
- Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Previous experience in ABA.
- Comfort in providing in-home services and working with families.
- A Master’s degree in ABA or a comparable field is essential for this role.
- Current BCBA certification is mandatory, along with LABA if applicable in your state.
