Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial assessments, reassessments, and document progress reports.
- Design and supervise individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Mentor and oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
- Provide guidance and feedback to families and caregivers.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyses as required.
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Strong assessment and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in crafting individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective family and caregiver support.
- Experience in supervising and training BTs/RBTs.
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Experience in offering ABA services, particularly to children and families.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
