Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification through teletherapy and/or in-person sessions.
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly follow-up treatment to ensure clients receive consistent care.
- Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Track client progress through data-driven methods, making necessary adjustments to support individual needs.
- Collaborate with case management to guarantee comprehensive care for clients.
- Adapt your therapeutic techniques according to the unique needs of each client, modifying approaches as necessary.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and experience with evidence-based therapies.
- Proficiency in using an EMR and telecommunication tools for virtual therapy sessions.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach towards clients.
- Ability to tailor clinical strategies to meet the preferences and needs of each patient.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with crisis management and working with a diverse population.
- Active license (LCSW-A, MFT, LMHC-A) with a minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience.

- Must reside in North Carolina.

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Minimum availability of 8 hours per week.
