Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling and psychotherapy sessions through a secure video conferencing platform.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Customize therapeutic interventions to address the individual needs of each client, ensuring effective and personalized care.
- Collaborate with case management and other professionals for comprehensive client support.
- Track and document client progress through data-driven approaches to inform treatment.
- Work under the guidance of a licensed therapist while enjoying autonomy in client care delivery.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude with a non-judgmental perspective on mental health.
- Proficient diagnostic and clinical skills, preferably with experience in military populations.
- Adeptness in crisis management and flexibility in adapting clinical methods based on client preferences.
- Technologically proficient, capable of utilizing EMRs and remote communication tools efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Active North Carolina license with a minimum of one year of post-licensure practice.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing evidence-based psychotherapies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work at least eight hours per week.
