Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling and psychotherapy sessions via a secure video conferencing platform.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
- Customize therapeutic methods to address the specific needs of each client, ensuring personalized and effective care.
- Collaborate with case management and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.
- Track and document client progress utilizing data-driven techniques to inform treatment strategies.
- Operate under the guidance of a licensed therapist while exercising professional autonomy in care delivery.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical capabilities, with a preference for experience in working with military populations.
