We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Independently Licensed Therapist to contribute to our mission of enhancing access to exceptional mental health care. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to develop your own schedule while delivering care to clients in a virtual setting. You will be part of a collaborative care model, working alongside prescribers to guide clients on their mental health journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions (45-minute appointments) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, tailored to client needs.
- Provide 15-40 hours of weekly availability, accommodating your personal schedule.
- Collaborate with prescribers to ensure coordinated care for clients receiving both therapy and medication management.
- Engage with a network of like-minded professionals focused on achieving positive client outcomes.
- Independently licensed in the U.S. as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based, outcome-focused care.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and response strategies.
- Proficient in navigating digital platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, EMR systems).
- Experience diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
- Active and good-standing licensure in at least one state; willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Experience in a startup or dynamic environment is advantageous.
