- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least two years of direct clinical care experience.
- Ability to pursue a URAC-recognized case management certification within four years of hire.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to pass a Department of Defense (DOD) background investigation.
