Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in direct clinical care.
• Willingness to obtain a URAC-recognized case management certification within four years of hire.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to successfully pass a Department of Defense (DOD) background investigation.
