Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine.
- Create customized therapeutic treatment plans tailored for healthcare workers.
- Maintain precise and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
- Devote your efforts exclusively to delivering outstanding care, while we manage the administrative tasks for you.
- Must possess a valid therapist license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in treating individuals.
- A strong desire to engage in learning and contribute within a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to various communication styles.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
- Experience with telemedicine tools or online video communication platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in using clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to evaluate client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Licensed therapist in Massachusetts (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
- At least two years of clinical experience in individual therapy.
- Experience with healthcare professionals or first responders is a plus.
