Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to a diverse clientele via telehealth platforms (video or phone).
- Conduct thorough assessments and engage in individual, group, and family therapy as required.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in adherence to federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
- Facilitate referrals to additional support services when necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to conduct mental health assessments effectively.
- Experience with telehealth services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as EMDR and DBT is a plus.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
