Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions to healthcare workers through telemedicine.
- Create customized treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges faced by those in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Proficiency in telemedicine platforms and online communication technologies.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and others.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and cultural awareness to effectively support diverse populations.
- Experience with clinical assessments to monitor client progress and outcomes.
- Must possess active licensure as a therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) or as a psychologist (PsyD/PhD) in the state of Massachusetts.
