Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized evidence-based therapy sessions that cater to individual client requirements.
- Maintain an organized caseload of 12-24 therapy sessions weekly, selecting between part-time (12 hours ) and full-time (24 sessions) schedules.
- Fulfill documentation and progress notes promptly, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, along with the design of treatment plans adhering to clinical and administrative standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and organizational training, enhancing your therapeutic skills.
- Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values through exemplary professionalism in practice.
- Follow established policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and standards in daily activities.
- Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities is advantageous, such as:
- Family-focused therapy
- Multi-systemic therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Hypnosis
- Health psychology (chronic health issues, pain management)
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
- Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Compassionate and client-centered therapeutic approach.
- Must possess partial or full licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
