Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual psychotherapy to a diverse clientele.
- Complete electronic notes and treatment plans promptly.
- Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses and monitor client progress in treatment.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address client emergencies as required.
- Work in conjunction with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, family members) when appropriate.
- Actively participate in professional development and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Experience in providing individual therapy with a focus on effective clinical interventions.
- Proficiency with technology, including Google Docs and therapy management software.
