Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring compassionate support.
- Maintain a caseload of 12 to 24 clients weekly, with options for part-time or full-time engagement.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation for all therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with clinical and administrative standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
- Embody and promote our organization's mission, values, and policies through your professional conduct and interactions.
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Health Psychology, CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy, and IOP/PHP programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload while ensuring timely documentation.
- Must be fully licensed in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or actively pursuing licensure as a PhD/PsyD.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, or a PsyD with at least 1 year of clinical experience.

- Competitive remuneration ranging from \(55 to \)60 per hour, contingent on experience and licensure.
- Options for part-time (12 hours/week) or full-time (24 sessions/week) availability.
