Remote Licensed Therapist II (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/PsyD) | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to join our esteemed organization, which collaborates with prominent in-network payer partners. This opportunity allows you to serve a diverse clientele, including those covered by Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Medicare, United Healthcare, and self-pay clients.

Location Flexibility:

This position is primarily remote, with the possibility for fully licensed candidates based in Illinois to work entirely from home. We are actively hiring for all seven of our locations, inviting applications from candidates interested in various geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring compassionate support.
• Maintain a caseload of 12 to 24 clients weekly, with options for part-time or full-time engagement.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation for all therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with clinical and administrative standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
• Embody and promote our organization's mission, values, and policies through your professional conduct and interactions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Health Psychology, CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy, and IOP/PHP programs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload while ensuring timely documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or actively pursuing licensure as a PhD/PsyD.
• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, or a PsyD with at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive remuneration ranging from \(55 to \)60 per hour, contingent on experience and licensure.
• Options for part-time (12 hours/week) or full-time (24 sessions/week) availability.
