Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments through engaging interviews with patients, their families, and key individuals involved in their care.
- Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s distinct emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral needs.
- Collaborate effectively with our in-house Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for medication management consultations as necessary.
- Deliver crisis intervention and uphold the safety and well-being of patients during critical situations.
- Maintain precise and current clinical records detailing treatments and medications administered.
- Pursue ongoing professional development by participating in relevant learning opportunities, including educational conferences and peer networking.
- Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in every aspect of your role, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person patient visits as required.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field (such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling).
- Completion of all requisite training for registration (including BLS, ACLS, and Infection Control Training).
- Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA compliance with a minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Therapist.
- State licensure to provide counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) is preferred.
- Additional certifications such as ABA, DBT, CBT, or EMDR are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative atmosphere.
- Passion for holistic patient care and an interest in joining a growth-oriented healthcare organization.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field is required.
- Successful completion of all necessary training for registration is mandated.
