We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial in managing denied or underpaid insurance claims with a focus on professional communication and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and resolve denied or underpaid insurance claims by engaging with insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and report payer trends that may affect revenue streams and reimbursement processes.
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
