Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive medical care for injured individuals to guarantee timely and suitable treatment.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to devise and execute tailored care plans.
- Communicate proficiently with insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and various healthcare professionals to maintain clear and coordinated patient care.
- Advocate for patients by overseeing their care, attending medical appointments, conducting hospital visits, and organizing necessary medical equipment and services.
- Embrace a hybrid work model, enjoying the flexibility of remote work while also engaging in crucial in-person appointments throughout the Denver area.
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License and current Colorado Auto Insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of case management experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel locally approximately 50% of the time.
- A self-driven individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Active Colorado RN License (Required).
- Experience in nursing and case management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
