Key Responsibilities

• Process health-related inquiries from medical professionals and healthcare organizations.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and comprehensive responses promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with physicians, nurses, and healthcare practitioners.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent quality in service delivery.
• Utilize various computer applications to document and manage interactions effectively.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a robust blend of education and experience in the healthcare field:

• Registered Nurse (RN): 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Health-Related Field: 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate Degree and/or relevant certifications in a Health-Related Field: 5 years of relevant experience.
