Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our network of Independent Sales Contractors.
- Represent our organization at national trade organizations and industry trade shows.
- Conduct direct sales efforts targeting PEOs and end clients, including cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and potential opportunities.
- Facilitate introductions of new clients to our Implementation Team.
- Proven sales acumen with strong relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting direct sales, including cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Experienced in tracking sales activities using CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation skills for contracts and pricing discussions.
- A demonstrated history of success in sales, particularly within the PEO or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- A competitive base salary ranging from \(60K to \)70K.
