Talentuition, a Denver-based RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) firm, is looking for a talented Sales Professional to join our team. Over the last 7 years, Talentuition has developed a great customer base, numerous strategic partnerships, and a reputation for providing a premium service at a lower than market cost. The Sales and Business Relationship Manager will capitalize on this foundation to further develop current relationships, create new relationships, and increase our client base.

Who we service : Talentuition provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services to Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). This serves as a natural extension of the existing service offerings that PEOs already provide to clients.

What we sell : As an RPO, we are selling a process. It just happens to be the process of finding great talent for our clients to hire.

Our Mission : We built Talentuition with the goal of giving PEOs a unique way to bridge the gap between pre-hire and post-hire administration. Talentuition focuses on "process outsourcing" more so than traditional headhunting or recruiting. Our unique screening ensures a better fit that fulfills more than job requirements. Talentuition will identify culture fit, personality types, relevant experiences and the skills needed for any opening.

Industries we work in :

As a company that focuses on selling to the PEO industry, most of our end clients are in the small business community. Thus, the specific industries we work in are quite numerous. Some examples include Finance, Medical, Business Consulting, Government, Non-profits, Hospitality and Various Franchises. We are open to exploring additional industries that best suit your unique talents.

Where we sell : You will have no territory, or restrictions on where your customers come from. We have clients from coast to coast.

Duties :

  • Manage and increase the current network of Independent Sales Contractors.
  • Continue our involvement in National Trade organization including attending Trade Shows.
  • Direct sales to PEOs and end clients including cold calls, lead follow-up and pipeline development.
  • Tracking of all sales activities in our CRM.
  • Contract, pricing, and prospect negotiations.
  • New client introductions to the Implementation Team

Salary and Perks.

  • 60K to $70K base salary.

  • Your own personal Sales Assistant to help with CRM, contracts, scheduling, and other tasks.
  • Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
