This multifaceted position will encompass operations, project management, implementation, and customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for new deployments in MD / Clinical Practitioner offices
- Travel to client locations (approximately 50% of the time) to oversee new deployments
- Develop and maintain deployment and operations playbooks while potentially building a dedicated team
- Educate customers on the insurance billing process and address denied claims
- Collaborate with client staff, from administrative personnel to MDs, to accurately assess their roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate patient enrollment and gain insights into the clinical enrollment process
- Create and maintain product presentations
- Independently arrange travel and accommodations
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, externally focused customer-facing Operations / CX / Implementation role
- Experience with city launches or similar initiatives is advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in resource-constrained environments
- A proactive, independent problem solver capable of navigating challenges without supervision
- Strong analytical skills, with a science background preferred for data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the U.S.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in relevant customer-facing roles within dynamic settings
- Previous clinical or medical experience (RN or MD) is beneficial but not mandatory
- A strong appreciation for the startup environment and its associated risks and rewards, favoring equity-based compensation
