Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Acting as the trusted advisor, assisting clients in navigating complex challenges and achieving their goals.
  • Gathering customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to inform product enhancements.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and identifying potential solution gaps to propose value-driven strategies.
  • Monitoring customer engagement and health metrics to pinpoint risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
  • Providing regular performance updates and comprehensive reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to establish strong client relationships.
  • A customer-first mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, or Salesforce development processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer success methodologies and principles is advantageous.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience with a complex product suite is highly desirable.
  • A background in working with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in Financial Services or Healthcare, is beneficial.
  • Must be US-based with eligibility to work in the United States.
